So Some Quick Questions……….

Tell Us A Little About Yourself?……… (ie: are you married, do you have kids? Any interesting hobbies? Are you a full time writer?)

I have been married for 6 years this upcoming September (2014). We have three kids, the oldest is 13. I love to draw, write, work with digital art (even though my skills are limited) and read. I LOVE makeup. Especially eye liner. I won’t go out in public unless I have it on. It’s my war paint. I have a daytime job working in an office and then come home to the family where I write.

When and why did you begin writing and What inspired you to write your first book?

I started writing in middle school. My teacher actually let me turn in chapters as my assignments instead of doing the other work. I decided to start writing because it was a way for me to create my own world. In middle school I wasn’t exactly popular so it was better to make a different world by writing it. Writing is a way to escape reality.

Where do you draw your inspiration from, for the plotlines and the characters?

It just forms really. A lot of my ideas just pop in randomly as I write. I guess the main characters take after me somewhat. Or at least how I wish I could be. Confident, independent, and have the ability to adapt to whatever situation comes up.

What books have most influenced your life the most, and if you had to choose, which writer would be your favourite?

I mostly read horse books when I was younger. My favourites were the Black Stallion and Black Beauty. From there I really got into Kay Hooper and Nora Robert books. My favourite author is Darynda Jones ❤ I also love Jennifer Rardin <3, her books were/are awesome.

And Finally Could you give me any Fun Facts About Yourself?

I was born in Germany, my mother is German and my father is an American soldier father. I moved to the States when I was quite young and I grew up in a rural farm town in Michigan with two younger brothers. Currently I live in a small town in Missouri with my husband and three kids.

What book are you reading now?

Currently I am reading Under a Blood Moon by Carrigan Richards.

Do you have anything specific that you want to say to your readers?

You guys are awesome! Without your feedback and support I would have never continued on. Thank you ❤
